Hello my Friends, My question to you today is “What is your plan B”? I mean if today or tomorrow you were out of a job or some unforeseen accident happened and you could not work, What Would You Do????

 I ask that because I know so many small business owners who work very hard for the life they have, as well as for the name that their business has developed in the community. But the one thing that brings things home is the day that they stop working….what happens to their income and their lifestyle that they have become accustomed too?

 Let me tell you a short story…A friend of ours had a thriving cabinet making business. He built this thing from the ground up and his name was well known in this area. He worked hard but also played hard…He put in the long nights to get a project finished by the deadline, but this was the price that he and his family was willing to pay to make a name for himself and the type of work that he was known for. He was very successful in today’s standards.

 Well the sad part is just last year in the middle of his work day he had a stroke. And going through the processes the family held out that he would come back and things will get back to NORMAL. Well here we are… and a year later he is unable to work, he finds himself on disability, and his family is struggling financially as well as emotionally.

 Now I tell you this not to make you feel bad and put a damper on your day, but to get us all at a place to realize that tomorrow is not promised to us. And if we don’t do something today to prepare for our tomorrows we could also find ourselves in a pretty ugly situation. Or worst yet in the same place we are at today.

 So I highly recommend that we all take a look at our lives and look for things that we can do to create some type of residual income. Whether it is in the network marketing industry or direct sales, or working online, to setting up a store online. Whether you sell products or solutions…the point is that we all need a second stream of income to cover us during the tuff economic times, financial hardships, health problems or it could be just the thought of wanting a fresh start and doing something for yourself and your family.

 There are many great… work at home businesses out there. There are tons of ways to make money online. Now of course we have to due our due diligence and check things out for ourselves and see if it is a perfect fit for our needs as well as our family. But I just encourage you to begin looking. Don’t wait till life goes from great to not so great in a matter of seconds.

 We are all here for a brief time…let’s make the best of it and take our future into our own hands.

I’m sure we all have heard this but….. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again…all the while expecting different results.
