This time in history is a wonderful time to be alive. There has never been more possibilities and opportunities for you to achieve more of your goals than exist today. There are many great moments that are opened to us and we get to decide what we would like to do and this alone can be the critical determinant of what you will accomplish in your lifetime.

Your goal in your network marketing business or any business for that matter is to draw customers to you so that they will invest in your products or services.

Most people subconsciously are attracted to others who distinguish themselves with leadership qualities while portraying a high level of personal value.

If you desire that you want to succeed in network marketing or any other business for that matter, (which I am assuming that you do) you must learn to convey these leadership qualities. While in the process of becoming a leader with value, you are also mastering the art of giving yourself away to others.

Numerous leaders are naturally attractive to us because they radiate the confidence and hope that most people need in the business world today.

Increasing your value to others and taking the initiative to move yourself forward is what is going to set you apart as a great leader and business partner.

Leaders know exactly what they want and focus their energies on achieving their goals. Some of the qualities you will notice in a good leader are:

They offer tremendous amount of value to others

They always radiate positive energy and optimism

They do what the majority of people are unwilling to do

The book is not just a how to book…it is a manual about self development. It is about you becoming the leader…that is within you. It’s about doing the hard things to learn and grow…to become the type of person that people are drawn too.

People do not join your business…they join YOU

This book is a must read for anyone in the Network Marketing Business or any Business. It will help you understand the concept of Magnetic Sponsoring but it will also open your eyes to understand why people are attracted to some people and why they inadvertently turn others away.

What underlying message are you portraying to your customers? Do you come across as needy, because your product is not selling that well, or because you have been told NO so many times that it is weighing on your confidence.

We must remember that Belief always comes before Results. Belief leads to certain actions and behavior. Sometimes we have to “just fake it till we make it”

A leader has the vision, courage and willingness to develop themselves through the adversity and challenging times they go through

These new and confident actions and behaviors are going to be awkward in the beginning but as you give them the dedication, time and affirmation, these actions and behaviors will turn you into the type of person you need to be in order to generate the results that you seek.

Challenging your views about yourself and then acting differently can be scary at first, yet wonderfully rewarding. Increasing your value to other, and taking the initiative to move yourself from one group to another is what personal development is all about.

How To Face Failure And Rejection To Be Successful

For many of us when we hear the word NO, it can seem like a brick wall 100 feet high, stopping us from our plan of action or the goals that we are advancing too. These two letters can seem like the biggest hurdle and road block in some of our lives.

 In a study of business professionals about their fears and motivations the results are astounding;

• 51 percent said their biggest fear is that the customer will say “no” and reject them.
• 38 percent said the willingness to face rejection is the Number One quality of a great salesperson.

 The impact of Fear Of Failure and Rejection upon individuals and team performance cannot be ignored. Fear is one of the biggest obstacles that anyone in the business world will come up against at one time or another. These Fears come in different packages, but one thing is for sure that all Fear is meant to HOLD YOU BACK to stop you in your tracks, to get you focused on the negative and not the positive. Fear of any kind will not allow you to reach the success that you desire.

 So how do we Conquer this hairy monster that is constantly holding us back.

•  Begin to change your thought patterns about failure. We can look at Success and Failure as opposites on the playing field. Either we go one way or the other. But we need to see Failure as a Stepping Stone to our Success. We do have to go through Failure to achieve Success. It looks like this:    YOU —— Failure—–Success

•  Most books and course address the psychological factor of fear while neglecting an important one. The missing link that can bring this all together for us is our faith. Faith is the opposite of Fear. If you have Faith, then Fear can not be in the same room. An example of this would be…entering a dark room unable to see what is in front of you. As soon as you turn on the light the darkness disappears and you are able to see again. That is Faith….Faith is the light that makes things clear again. It is the light that keeps us focused and sure.

 Change your Beliefs…and you will change your Behavior

Change your Behaviors…and you will change your Results

 Change your Results…and you will change your Life

 You cannot continue doing, saying and thinking the same way you have been all your life and expect different results. They say that, that is a mark of insanity.

 So we do have to Change, we do have to see Fear for what it is. We have to take a hard look at ourselves to see what is holding you back. If it is training that you need….then find a mentor to train you, someone who has achieved that goal. If it is a skill that you need to learn, then invest the time it will take to learn it. If it is your own thinking patterns then find a way to replace the old tapes running through your head with a new one, so that you can move into the Greatness that is waiting for you.

 Yes Failure is a stepping stone to the success that we desire and we need the Courage to fight through the feelings and thoughts that run ramped through our minds and emotions. Courage is like a muscle that needs to be worked, it is like the fuel to propel you forward. But like a muscle it needs to be developed and strengthened and that comes through exercise.

 Seeing and Recognizing Fear when it is staring you in the face and then taking the right action against it, is the way to develop the muscle of Courage. Every time you take the right action your courage gets stronger and stronger while on the other hand if you don’t address the problems face to face then your courage muscle will begin to shrink.

 We have the choice set before us, we can Breakthrough or stay the same. I have chosen to not be held back, what is your choice??? “NO” is my Green Light to Go…to go forward with my plans, goals, dreams, desires. “NO” is my opportunity to rise above…to face the challenge head on…to see the obstacles as my opportunities for greatness…to test myself beyond my personal limits. I hope that you will too.

Today I want to talk to you about a concept that is running ramped on the web, the Small Business world, Home-Based Business Empire and in the MLM Industry. It is “Attraction Marketing”.  Simply put Attraction Marketing is the process of drawing people to YOU. It is not a “think it and it will happen” type of thing; it is a system and a process that one goes through to become Attracting.

 Many of us whether in the Small Business World or the Multi-Level-Marketing industry might have a hard time grasping this, but we are all marketing ourselves everyday, knowingly or unknowingly. So I want to encourage you to become aware of your Marketing Processes.

 Attraction Marketing is the ability to Brand Yourself, the ability to draw people to you and what you offer the marketplace or the world. In the Small Business arena or the MLM industry we all have a product or service to sell. Well Attraction Marketing is the ability to SELL YOURSELF.

 To get us thinking I want to ask you to ask yourself these questions:

•  If you were a stock option or an investment would you be a worthwhile investment for others???
•  Is what you have to offer of value??? Now we are talking about YOU not your product or service.

People want to work with someone or a group that can help them get to where they want to go and if you can display this quality through the content, services or product that you provide, then naturally people will be attracted to working with you.

 The flow of the economy, our specialty products, our services that meet the needs of our customers will evolve and be in a constant state of change. With this constant change also comes uncertainty. But the one element that is constant in all of this upheaval…. is YOU. Yes you will change and grow as you develop yourself into a Leader and Master of your Trade. You will evolve into the person that your truly desire to be… that makes a difference in the world, but all of this will only happen as you develop the talents, thinking and actions that will produce the results that you are desiring. With this idea we can all agree…. that we are all responsible for our own lives and you and I are where we are today because of the choices, habits, thinking process and actions that we have made in the past.

 All of us in some way or fashion ask ourselves “Why am I here” “What is my Purpose in this life”. Yes I have asked this myself and I had to take some time to discover my purpose and what I believe is my Destiny. I want to know that I have made a Difference in people’s lives and in the world around me. I want to know that I can help people Re-Store their Hope, I can help peole Re-Energize their Dreams, and I want to know that I am helping people Re-Build their Dignity that they might have lost in these uncertain times. That I am standing for something Great. I want to know that I was created for such a time as this.

 So as you begin your journey of self discovery, your journey of becoming a worthwhile investment for others, a person…. not just a business… that has value, that has worth, that takes on the issues of promoting and developing your own brand. Keep in mind that all the hype of Attraction Marketing and why it is so Attracting is all because of YOU.

The MLM industry is booming today. With more and more people having to find another way to make ends meet, they are looking for a work-at-home solution to the many problems they face.

The history of MLM’s has either a positive or negative feel for most people. Either it is a wonderful experience. Or like most people it was a disaster waiting to happen. Either way MLM’s have to evolve into the Digital World of the Internet.

Prospecting has gone from finding family and friends to talk to…to buying leads on line….to learning a complete system like MLM Lead System Pro that teaches you how to Market and Brand Yourself. This system teaches you and develops you quickly as a Leader that people are willing to follow. So now you become the person that is Hunted and not the person doing the hunting.

If you choose not to take advantage of online Branding, your MLM business could and most likely will become old and stale. You’ll be the type of person arguing that horses are just fine, so why by a car…..

The time has come for our MLM business to evolve and change. But with that…. our mindset has to change also. We in this industry have been taught by many leaders that we need to be Duplicatable…. the do as I do thinking. Well I say this is your business… you can follow that if you want but I need to find what will work for me and my personality. I have tried it the old way and it did not work for me. Yes I did get my customers and I also did build a successful business, but I never did reach the monthly residue that I was hoping for. So I began a search…knowing that there had to be a better way.

First let me say, that in talking to a good friend of mine recently, he said something that made so much sense to me. That most people are failing in the MLM industry not for lack of trying and putting into practice all that they are learning, or because they have a hard personality and can not relate to people but mostly it is because of the lack of INFLUENCE in their part of the world.  Think about that….the people that make it big in the MLM companies most likely have a huge sphere of INFLUENCE already, or a huge network of people that they have already built a relationship with and people trust them. So of course it is easy for them to share their opportunity with them because these people trust them already.

But with most of us, for whatever reason we were not that lucky, we are the average type of people that lead quiet lives and so when we try to build new relationship with people while also trying to build trust and present ourselves as a leader at the same time, this can make our success rate a little dismal.

Now while we proceed this way our success is possible, thought it will take some time, and that is not what most of us have?

Building our business online can be as easy as becoming involved in the Social Media Network Arena. These site….Facebook, Myspace, LinkedIn, Twitter to name a few are wonderful avenues to begin your process of meeting people that you would otherwise never have met in person. Most importantly… it is Global, allowing you access to people from all around the world. Not just in your own backyard. Can you see the potential to your business ????

So if you feel like you have tried it all and you are not seeing the results that you are looking for, take my advice and begin to develop your Sphere of Influence, begin to build you a network of people that will trust you and believe that you have their good fortune in mind. Begin to use the social media sites, not just for keeping in touch with family and friends but also to build your business and your Influence.
