You can read and listen to so many ideas about “New Years Resolutions or Goals” that I’d thought that I would actually take a couple of days and reflex on the past year and see this new year as a new opportunity to grow my business and my online community.

We can look back at 09 and see all the wrong in it but what I would encourage you to do is to begin to ask yourself what do I need to do, how do I need to think to be able to reach higher this year than last.

I read that it is estimated that 10 million new millionaires will stand out because of this Recession that we are in. Do you want to be one of them?? I know that I do…so I know that I need to stay lazor focused on my goals and work at it daily.

Two things that your MLM business will need in this coming year are…Leads and Income…that really is the bottom line.

So what is your plan of action to accomplish these 2 truths…..

Write down your goals, visualize it, focus on it daily, take it in small chunks if need be…but work on it daily. Think about how much you would like to make, what will it take for you to be able to quit your job and “fire your boss”, do you have debt….how much do you want to pay off.

Staying focused on the task at hand will keep your creative juices flowing and you will find the way that will catapult you forward.

A interesting fact is that 2000 people a hour are online searching Google for ways to make money from home. Do you want to take your business online??? Do you know how to position yourself and your business online to reap these rewards???

One of the primary needs in any Home-Based Business or MLM Business Empire is…..LEADS.

There are so many people out there talking about the how to’s and where you can get these leads. But I don’t want to focus on the calling lists, buying leads, or even holding meetings with the thinking that the people will come.

I want to focus on YOU….YOU can learn how to generate your own leads; it is not that hard, especially if you take your business on-line. You might be asking how…how do I talk to people that really want to talk to me? How do I get people to want to sign up in my business or with my product?? The questions can be endless, But….

We will touch base on a little known fact…People will be drawn to you…as you become the person with the answers to there problems.

One of the ways that I have developed my own list (and this is just one way, there are many out there) is through Article Writing. Article Writing is basically sharing all that I have learned, with the people that are looking for help.

I BRANDED myself; I knew that I needed influence with people. I knew that what I had to share was great, I just needed people that wanted to listen. I knew that the plan and system that I was involved in would expand anyone’s business.

So…. One of the ways that I acquired my FREE Leads is through Article Writing, by sharing the meat and potatoes of what I have walked through.

So here are a couple of Article Writing Basics:

• What kind of Articles will you write about?

o They can be HOW TO’s articles ,
o Reviews of Companies,
o About a Person or a Product,
o MLM Systems,
o Success Principals,
o Internet Marketing,
o Top Tier Programs,
o Prosperity Tips….. This list can go on and on.

• Avoid “Jerk” Marketing….Always Point to the Positive

o Always provide Value
o Always teach others what you have learned
o Praise what people are involved in (always find something good to say)
o Never be Negative or Slam anyone
o Treat others like you would like to be treated

• Ask yourself this question….What are the people… that I am targeting… looking for????

o Then help them find it with the content that you post in your articles
o You answer their question
o You solve their problems

As people begin to trust you and you begin to build a relationship with them, your following will begin to grow.

People will begin to see you as an Expert in the field and they will begin to call you for advice.

MLM Success Stories

If your at all involved in the MLM world, I’m sure that you have heard the great MLM Success Stories from your upline along with the testimonies of those above you in your comp plan. These leaders get up on a stage or in front of a room and share how in a couple of months they began to make this great amount of money and now have a downline that numbers in the thousands.

At that moment, it can all sound too good to be true or on the other hand it can bring us the hope that we need… thinking that…. if it happened to them then surely it can happen that way for us too.

I’m not here to denounce claims in any way. I am an MLMer myself and have been around for about seven years. I have been able to develop a great downline and some close friends that continues to grow strong. But in this article I do want to focus on a couple of business partners of mine that have truly skyrocketed past the rest. They are truly the MLM Success Stories of the day.

My question to you today is “Have you ever felt Locked Out from seeing the success you desire in your MLM business”??????

Most of us can relate to the “Locked Out” feeling. Such as being locked out of your home or car. If you’re like me you will try anything to get the door opened. You continue to giggle the handle, turning it left and right, hoping somehow, someway it will open. Your mind races, trying to remember the last place you had your keys. A sense of urgency comes over you and you will try just about anything to get that door opened.

 You might have to end up calling someone to come and open the door for you, someone with the Expertise and the Knowledge on how to get the door opened without the right key.

 Once the door finally swings open, there’s a sense of relief and even excitement…knowing that you are not locked out or being blocked or denied the right of being where you are supposed to be.

 I’m sure that we can all relate to that scenario in some way or fashion. But I’d like to talk with you about your business, or your MLM business for that matter? If you’re like me you have tried just about anything hoping and wishing that… this door will be opened to you. You have grown in your prospecting skills along with your marketing skills. But for some reason things just don’t seem to be clicking.

 Oh sure you are making money and developing a team under you but it is taking so much time and energy. You believe that once you make it in the top tier of your compensation plan or as a top seller or marketer things will get better. Like they say I’ve been in your shoes. And what I have found is that I was coming at Marketing and Prospecting all wrong. I was locking myself out…out of the growth potential, out of the financial potential and out of the personal potential that was within me.

 Many of you have felt “Locked Out “of the good life that you have envisioned for yourself. After all that is why you started your own business, to achieve the financial freedom, and the time freedom that we all in some way or another desire. Well I just want to encourage you to keep on keeping on. You are on the right road and yes something’s do take some time but the journey is well worth it. YOU are becoming a better person. YOU are developing new skills that are very marketable. YOU are living your life not just letting it run by you. YOU are in the driver’s seat, YOU are in control. Not the circumstances around you BUT YOU!!!!

 Now what unlocks this door… there could be many reasons, so let’s look at a few:

 Your Company: Is it reputable, Is it solid, Is the name recognizable, Do people need the products or services?? Does it have a Global Reach?

 Your Approach: Who are you talking to, Are you in the numbers game, Do you know your averages? Are you developing relationships with your prospects or just dumping on anyone that will listen? (I know that this is hard but I ask because I was that way)

 Your System: Are you getting the training and support that you need, Are you developing you new found skills or just sitting back waiting for it to happen, Are you taking charge of your Destiny or again waiting for others, Are you finding a way to make it happen for you?

 I know that for many the MLM World can be the World of Hard Knocks. It is a time of self discovery. You will find out what you are made of, do you have the Tenacity and the Perseverance to see it through to the end result?

 I want to tell you that YOU do have what it takes. You can develop the skills needed. You are an average person with the ability within to make an above average income and support your family in a life that is well deserved.

We all have gotten into the MLM Business or Small Business Ownership for a variety of reasons, some stronger than others but no doubt as important. We have started out with a hope for the future and an excitement that we are finally in control of our lives.  We then begin our new journey and after awhile our focus begins to fade, we begin to struggle with our own thoughts because things don’t seem to be changing as quickly as we had hoped. The work and the new concepts can become a bit overwhelming; we are beginning to wonder if we made the right decision.

 The fist step is to know and to settle inside yourself…that if you’re going to find the seeds of greatness that are inside of you, you need to be the best that you can be right where you are starting. Give yourself the time to learn and grow as a new business owner. You will have to be willing to take on risks and to step out in faith.

 A dream is something on the inside of you that doesn’t go away with time, and if this something keeps recurring and coming up in your mind then you have to at some point or another acknowledge it and say that your going to step out and do something about it and follow your heart.

 Following Our Dream… Of Owning Our Own Business really has a lot to do with Freedom and Control. Freedom and Control over your own Life and our own Time. We all know that our Time is our most valuable asset.

 But seeing the final product of our dream when we are just starting out can seem like a life long journey. And really it is… But it is a journey that is well worth the trip. You will become a better person, a more focused business owner and much more confident.

 So where to begin…well first believe that your dream and your goals do have value. And that you do have what it takes to get the job done. This dream in you, this company that you own, this MLM opportunity that you invested in is not just a coincident or a matter of luck. You do have something to offer the world around you…you are a vital part…you do make a difference in peoples lives… and people need you…so stay focused on your WHY.

Entrepreneurs have an ability within themselves, a knowing that they can accomplish anything that they put their minds too. Most people in society have a settling mindset; they accept what life deals out to them and feel like they have no control over it. Entrepreneurs on the other hand, have an ability to see the obstacle in front of them as an Opportunity to accomplish something great. This is a Major Life-Changing Mindset.

 We all face problems and obstacles in this journey called life. How we deal with them will distinguish us between the winners and the losers. We have the choice… we can become Better or we can become Bitter. The choice is ours.

 Another aspect that I feel is very important in the business world is the ability to fight off the Negative Thoughts that run ramped in our mind. This is not something that can be won overnight. I feel like it can be a life long process with some and others it will be a bit easier. We have all met people that either sees the cup half full or half empty. Most people will fall into one or the other category. But we all deal with these thoughts from time to time… we cant do this…we are going to fail…why try it wont work out anyways…why you…you have nothing of value to offer…who would want to listen to you…the list can go on and on.

 There are many book about this subject and if you deal with this more than you feel is right or you want to better yourself, I would suggest that you search them out.

 We all have a Right and the Opportunities right in front of us…lets take charge and keep the right mindset to be the successful business owners, don’t give up and give in…Fight For What You Want In Life and For Your Dreams…Its been said….If it’s going to be…It’s up to me. Make it a great ride.
