The Products and Service should excite you. You should be so impressed with the products that you are willing to use them on yourself and your family. They should be of the highest quality and can be used by everyone, not just a select few. Unless you are targeting a specific group of people. A couple of questions to ask yourself are; “Would people buy these products if an income opportunity were not attached to them?” Are the products or services fairly priced? Do they meet a legitimate need or are they a fad products…likely to go out in a short while?

 Effective Training, Support Structures, and Systems in Place is the next element to consider. We all like to think that we are smart enough to make a go at things. Maybe I’m just that way, but what I have learned is that I don’t have all the answers and that I do need people to give me advice and instructions especially in this industry. So make sure that the upline support is there and they are willing to help you and encourage you and work with the people that you are bringing to the company. If they are of great quality and character you will want to work closely with them, to rub shoulders, and learn the ropes, the terminology, the mannerism and the confidence that you will need from this day forward.

 Top Enrollment Skills and Ability to Create Extreme Value for your Prospects. Have you ever been with someone and they just made you feel really good. You found that they really listened to you and they were very interested in all that you had to say. This alone is a skill that most of us need to develop over time. It is the skill of Active Listening. Being more interested in another person than in what you are about to say or in what you want to share with them. It is paying attention to there body language and there hand gestures and understanding what they really are not telling you. It is the ability to see the diamond inside of the lump of coal that will be standing or sitting in front of you.

 And lastly An Unwavering Commitment to Personal Development, this is my favorite. We all need encouragement and reprogramming. This is where Personal Development comes in, it is the ability to be truthful about who you are and what you want to become. Hello my Friends, My question to you today is “What is your plan B”? I mean if today or tomorrow you were out of a job or some unforeseen accident happened and you could not work, What Would You Do????

 I ask that because I know so many small business owners who work very hard for the life they have, as well as for the name that their business has developed in the community. But the one thing that brings things home is the day that they stop working….what happens to their income and their lifestyle that they have become accustomed too?

 Let me tell you a short story…A friend of ours had a thriving cabinet making business. He built this thing from the ground up and his name was well known in this area. He worked hard but also played hard…He put in the long nights to get a project finished by the deadline, but this was the price that he and his family was willing to pay to make a name for himself and the type of work that he was known for. He was very successful in today’s standards.

 Well the sad part is just last year in the middle of his work day he had a stroke. And going through the processes the family held out that he would come back and things will get back to NORMAL. Well here we are… and a year later he is unable to work, he finds himself on disability, and his family is struggling financially as well as emotionally.

 Now I tell you this not to make you feel bad and put a damper on your day, but to get us all at a place to realize that tomorrow is not promised to us. And if we don’t do something today to prepare for our tomorrows we could also find ourselves in a pretty ugly situation. Or worst yet in the same place we are at today.

 So I highly recommend that we all take a look at our lives and look for things that we can do to create some type of residual income. Hello my friends, I ran into a friend of mine that I haven’t seen in awhile. When I began to ask her how she was doing and how her business is going she began to share with me the struggles she has in keeping her head above water in her work at home business with a network marketing company.

 As I began to ask her question and to find out what she was doing to market herself and her business, I was surprised to learn that she did not understand what I was really talking about.

 Does it surprise you as much as it does me to find that even in this age and time that we are in that so few network marketing company’s train there people how to market themselves or how to market their business on line.

 I’m sorry but I see this every day and I am still surprised about it. There are so many network marketers, home business owners, multi level marketers in this industry that believe in the duplication process, believe in the warm market concept, believe in the idea of holding home meetings and the people will come thinking pattern, and all the while they are drowning and their dreams are fading quickly.

 I was there and I fell hard and fast. I believed in the concept and the idea of making money from home in a multi level marketing plan. I believed that I was different and that I had the best compensation plan out there, plus being in a industry that required me to carry and ship no products, how sweet was that!!!

 Well it didn’t take me long to run out of my warm contacts, because most of my adult life I was a stay at home mom, so as I ran out of contacts and still not making it to the level that I desired I began to hold meetings in a little coffee shop that I knew. I also began putting out flyers on every car and handing them to every person I would come across because “I had to do whatever it took for my business to get off the ground.” RIGHT?

 To say the least as the days turned into months and then years and still being able to count my team members on one hand I began to take a good long hard look at what I was doing and who I was. I realized something one day while driving around that people are busy. They are busy with their lives, their jobs, their families and a slew of other things that they don’t have the time to stop and take a look a some great opportunity when homework, dinner and baths are all that they can think of at night. Just to start the day over again tomorrow. 

 Thus it has brought me to my search on line for the right system to help me out. Now at first I didn’t know what I was looking for, I just knew that there had to be something out there in the world that could fit my needs and teach me how to have a successful network marketing business.

I have been in the multi-level-marketing business for about 7 years now. I do hate to admit it but I have spent all that time and really have nothing to show for it.
